I had a large order of curtains with this company. All went to plan delivered and installed. The after service was incredibly bluntly non existent. I rang to ask for some device to open close the curtains without having to use hands. They agreed to look into it yet there was never any contact from them. I rang a number of times but they never followed through. Also there were 3 holes in the new curtains. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty better out there who are prepared to be civil to customers.
