We Don't Use Machines - We Make ThemWe are not fancy, we do not have the shiniest new exercise contraptions, we do not believe in having tv's or mirrors in our training areas as we believe these are nothing more than distractions. We are NOT a traditional commercial gym, where you will mindlessly go through the motions and get nowhere (Think about how many times you've seen the same people do the same fitness class and 5 years later they look and perform exactly the same... Surely they should have improved right?)
We do give you the tools and opportunities to improve your physical performance every session, we do keep our sessions interesting by constant variation. We do encourage and educate. We work on all around fitness based around high intensity functional movements. We consider fitness to include strength, cardio endurance, power, speed & stamina.
We are a "closed" gym meaning that you book in to our group sessions and are always under the supervision of a trainer, there is no guesswork this way, Results are a certainty.
If you are interested in our services we recommend trying out a free session before committing. We limit our memberships to a maximum of 100 members so we will never pressure you into signing up for a membership that you don't really want. ...read more
