Yep, this is another one of those pubs that I absolutely adore. Sure, it may not be a live music venue like some of the other pubs on Sydney Road, but it is still a pretty awesome, and quite lively, pub with a decent beer garden, and some great beers on tap. In fact it happens to be one of those pubs that I simply love to keep on coming back to, namely because it just has that vibe, and atmosphere, that I absolutely adore. Sure, there may be some flaws, but honestly, I am going to be hard pressed to find them.
Maybe I am a little tight but the prices rocked me a little over the meals. Yet, that stated, on advice from a friend I specifically avoided all meats and went totally vegan for once. But that choice was approved of by my palette. The food was simply great and worth another visit, although eventually I will try the fish as well
