The Costume Shop

Unfortunately i had an overall bad experience this week at the costume shop and wouldn't recommend it. Very poor customer service, restrictive hiring policies...they take the fun out of a dress up party!And hire is expensive. I also bought a pirate hat for a friend who didn't have time to pick something up, it didn't end up fitting her so we kept it in the bag with the receipt and tags and when I went to return it they just said abruptly "nup it's not faulty you can't return it" and ignored me. I understand their policy but some customer service training would go far, especially since I spent $200 on that visit. They may have a wide variety but most things are of poor quality, there's better costume shops to spend your money on.

This place has a big range of costumes but they tended to be old and only larger sizes! They do however have one of the best accessories range I have seen.
