They had the best Authentic Portuguese Chicken burgers in town and the staff were a delight, but they've recently sold the business, and the authenticity of their beloved burger has gone with it. such a disappointment.
I live in Balmain and hadn't actually been to The Coup until now. I'm not sure what the burgers use to be like but my brother and i just bought the Portuguese chicken burgers today and OMG they were so good!
We use to drive to Petersham Charcoal Chicken for burgers but these ones are so much better.
The guy who now owns it is lovely. He said he'll be bringing out a new menu within the month. He use to work at the sushi train in Bondi Junction so i really have high hopes for this place!
