When I booked I was told we would have a one bedroom suite overlooking the pool and golf course, we ended up looking over the road and car park!
While the hotel looks very nice it lacks what I would expect from a 4 1/2 star property. Very limited number of staff at check in, I saw the one same lady there all the time during my stay, and nobody to help with your bags.
