The Devonshire

Got the feel of a neighbourhood fine diner. Go for the Devonshire Crème Brulee ($16) with scone ice cream and decadent cherry jam, eaten out of a dainty teacup!

My friends and I decided to visit this restaurant because it is one of only a few fine dining restaurants in Surry Hills that almost has perfect rating score on many websites. So imagine our surprise when we went into the restaurant and find it to be very loud and noisy.

Degustation menu-each component on each plate tasted the same. Nothing to rave about. Staff friendly. Nice atmosphere but won't be revistiting î?
