The Dining & Co is a new Cafe in Castle Towers (just opened less than a month ago). The seating area is quite spacious and the decor is simple but yet beautiful with a touch of greenery. Their menu is not extensive but quite exciting to say the least. I tried two meals today: Brioche French Toast from their all-day breakfast and Spanner Crab Pasta from their lunch menu. But first, coffee. Awesome (from Campos).
The pasta is not only exotic but also packed with delicious flavour! Al dente squid ink spaghetti with chilli (yes!), garlic, preserved lemon, cherry tomatoes, rocket, parmesan and finger lime. Highly recommend.
The Brioche French Toast is also beautiful inside and out. Thick, perfectly toasted brioche that is ‘injected’ with sweet maple syrup. Have it with the smooth vanilla mascarpone, pistachio crumbs and piatachio snow (so good!), fresh fruit and berry compote, it’s worth a try.
