Purchased and ordered external replacement access door for my garage, back in early May 2021.
Door delivered promptly and installed the next working day, because of a cancellation of another
customer. This was good, and installation done well. However charged for the cost of three hinges
which were not required. Carpenter refitted the existing hinges. Despite three email requests and
personally calling at their premises, yet to receive a refund. How hard can it be to process a refund?
Also too fitting cost of $240.00 seems rather excessive, given it took only one hour.

I have just had a front door/frame installed by Boronia Door Centre and am very happy with the entire process. Alan was very easy to deal with in the shop and his attention to detail and understanding of what I was after was fantastic. I was happy with the cost of the total package comparing it to other prices I had got from other places.
Chris who did the installation is a great Tradie. We always knew the installation was going to be quite involved but he wasn’t daunted by it and the end result looks fantastic.
