Excellent Service by a lady named Steph, knew exactly what i was after and help point me in the right direction. Also gave me some helpful advice. A+, How customer should should be!

My partner and I recently made 2 separate visits to the store in search of particular door stops and cabinet handles. On both visits we got exactly what we were looking for at reasonable prices. The staff were extremely helpful on both occasions. I cannot understand why there is so much negative feedback on this site - it precisely contradicts our experience on two visits to the store.

I should have read the reivews, I didn't, that's on me - but we bought a new front door and a leverset on Tuesday, got it installed by one of their recommended installers Wednesday. Come Saturday the lever set doesn't work, can't open it from the inside nor can we lock it. Call the The Store and get "sorry, but the best YOU can do is call Lockwood on Monday..." amazing. They're happy to sell you something, but won't support you afterwards, a complete joke!!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place is a seriously toxic workplace for any sort of customer service. Expect a can’t-you-help-yourself attitude and lacklustre product knowledge from staff that retreat to the main desk. Both times I’ve visited for my commercial projects have been the same. I won’t be coming back.

The worst customer service I'm ever seen. The salesman laughed, smirked and rolled his eyes every time I asked a question...It was like a Monty Python sketch except the guy was serious. I deal with technical issues every day in architecture and have never experienced a salesperson that doesn't want to help the customer understand the company's products. Treated me like an idiot. Avoid this place... Plenty of other door hardware places out there eager to assist.
