I took a dress to this dry cleaner. When I got it home it was still not cleaned. I ended up having to hand wash it. When I went back to complain, I was told that I should have called for a refund. I was advised that I could get it dry cleaned if I paid another amount of money.
This would mean that I was paying extra for a job they should have already done. The attitude of the management is completely wrong, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this dry cleaner to avoid it, there are quite a few other dry cleaners in the area.
For one that is meant to be "same day" it took something to convince them that I needed the items in 24 hours! Then, when I went to get the 2 items, a silk shirt and a skirt, they were not ready! The skirt was OK and pressed. The shirt however, had a water stain that was not there before I dropped it off and they had not pressed it as they wanted to try and clean it again. This would have meant leaving it there over the weekend, even though I had stated the when I dropped off the items that I needed it for an event THIS weekend. So, having pre-paid, I was not offered a refund or even a discount, and I have to finish the job I paid them for.
Would NOT recommend to anyone - there are may other options .
