The EATE, is a unique restaurant serving contemporary food that features carefully selected charcoal, unique to The EATE for an indulgent aroma & flavour cooked to perfection charcoal chicken and succulent lamb. We have created delicious burgers and yiros, carefully selected and healthy salads to keep you at your optimum, as well as weekly tasty EATES that you will have to stay tuned in for, for something different coming to awaken your taste buds week by week.
The cafe will have great barista made coffee and after a delicious meal, you can have something SWEEATE, if you feel like a TREATE, in our EATE Dessert Bar.
We love food cooked over fire, the flavour of the flame transferring to the charred meat. The Eate delivers on this with their cooking of meat on the spit. Eate is a large open plan restaurant in Dulwich Hill across from the station on Cantebury Rd. Nice and casual with plenty of space to seat everyone including large groups. The friendly staff is also extremely obvious and it makes for a great dining experiece and they make you feel welcome, like one of the family.
I love this place. Food is always tasty and cooked fresh. Can't go passed the chicken yiros, chips and pickles inside the wrap for that extra wow. The dips and warm pits is always good to start too.
Plenty of seating, sometimes a little windy in winter as the front of the shop is all open. Overall a great place to Eate!
Nice open fit out with high booths giving your group lots of privacy! The menu brings together a bit of Lebanese, Greek, Italian into a revamped Mediterranean where they've put a few cheeky little signatures in.
HALOUMI - pan fried and with thyme and honey - a very interesting tasty of salty and sweet. The CALAMARI is served with a house made aioli - so good!

Quaint grill shop that's really crafted a name for itself with friendly staff and wide menu selection. Highly recommend any yeros with decadent lamb that was very flavoursome. The side of wedges was a bit on the salty side that the chipotle couldn't really help as much. That was definitely the only salty encounter as the staff were very helpful and service was quick as fast food but quality was definitely measurably gourmet
