Booked our table in a different area to what we had booked when sighting the location, confirmed the number of ppl at the time we made the booking and was confirmed this was all fine! We were looking forward to a great lunch as a group to then proceed for a afternoon wine tasting... Firstly when we arrived we we're put in a dark no thrills 'private dining room' rather than the patio area we had booked in the beautiful sun... We advised we had booked the patio to enjoy the sun shine and booked months ago to be told "oh no, we would never book 14 people on the patio"... When we booked about 10 weeks before the occasion we were actually standing at the patio tables confirming "this is where we will book for 14 of us"... Secondly waters and drinks took a total of 50 minutes after arrival - to even have WATER?... Extremely thirsty and confused by the terrible service at this point..
