Rude, pretencious and made us feel small. If youre not dressed to impress or not part of the socialite crew dont bother going. We eventually got in but were made to feel like scum even though we spent thousands of dollars on a VIP booth. Would never go here again even though its the IT place to be seen.
I went with a group of friends wearing smart Casuals as their website says about the dress code. The Security guard straight way ordered us to stand aside from the queu. That's a big embarrassment after living in australia for over 8 years to get this attitude. I requested the guard to call a management staff who came outside and just refused us entry and made some bogus reason and then stood aside and laughed with the guards. I haven't seen anything else like this before. I thought we live in a civilised society but Clubs like The Emerson are a disgrace.
