The Envy Hotel

I've been here a couple of times, but it has usually been early on in the day when the place has been quiet. In fact for a pub in the heart of Broadbeach it is awfully quiet. When I came here this time for a quick drink I believe that there was only one other person here beside us. It is not a bad place, though the bartender didn't seem to be all that passionate about his job, but then it probably had something to do with the place being really quiet at this time of day. It does advertise a night-club, but then I can't really comment about that since I have only ever been to the Gold Coast at night once and that was almost ten years ago. I guess it is an okay place, and considering some of the other offerings that I have visited down here, it isn't all that bad.
