Ordered four grilled fish. When I got home the "grilled" fish was crumbed and had either been deep fried or grilled in a lot of oil. It was nice but not what I ordered.

Apologies for your displeasure in your meal last night. At the Fish Basin, should a customer order "grilled fish", it is standard practice that the fish is crumbed and lightly oiled to allow the crumbs to golden. Should a customer wish it to be made otherwise (e.g. plain, floured etc) it is generally stated upon ordering. Understandably, it being your first time you may not have known such a process.
As such, we would be more than happy to replace said meal to ensure your satisfaction. We wouldn't want that recommendation given to turn sour. So please feel free to pop in at your convenience (I still remember the face), and I'll be more than happy to accommodate accordingly.

Thankyou for your reply. Anywhere I have ever ordered fish grilled it has just been grilled with no batter, flour or crumbs and not oily. As I said, it was nice though... I am very happy that you have taken the time to reply to my review. Shows great customer service skills.
