After a long day at work I placed an order for the basic fish and chips. After 45 minutes I asked at the counter on how long the order will still take. At this point in time the management start abusing me, and basically chased me out of the shop. What an experience! I actually thought they misplaced my order as several numbers after mine were called. However the they did not even allow me to explain or complete a sentence - had no idea what they were referring to.
All they need to do is to tell you an approximate waiting time when you order, allowing you to make a decision to wait or not.
This shop definitely lost my business today.
Gave it another try as the fish and chips is good. Again, the order taken by staff and what was given to me different. Check your order before you leave.
Clearly the focus is on payment, profit and not on good customer service. When will management learn that service makes half the experience of the product.
