Stay away. These guys are the worst floor people in melbourne. They are rude. Don't even waste your time getting a quote off them.

Very poor customer service. Asked for a quote on resurfacing a parquetry floor. Quote done on 3 Dec 12 and I was told that their office would contact me when a date in Jan 13 was available. No one called. I called on 10 Dec 12 and was told that they were having scheduling problems and would call back. No one called. I called again on 14 Dec to be told that no time in Jan 13 was available. No other time was offered and they advised me to get another quote if that made me feel comfortable. Wasted my time.

Really helpful staff and a great range of tiles.
