After ensuring via the phone that my order was able to be delivered to the specified address, I was directed to an online ordering system via interflora. Order placed and no contact made with myself, so I assume all is going ahead and flowers will be delivered. My mother then gets a ph call from the florists on fryer, requesting that she pick up her flowers and gifts herself as they are unable to get the courier to deliver them (thus removing any surprise of her "delivery") After I found this out, I have automatically called these florists to ask why I wasn't called if there was a problem with delivery. the management's first response of - "I didn't think of it" didn't sit well with me. I asked for them to please come up with a better reply and call me back. After subsequent and repeated phone conversations (4 in total) they passed the buck to interflora.
