I ordered a Valentines Day bouquet 3 days before the date, so plenty of notice. The bouqet didn't arrive. I tried to call on the day (2 days ago), got an answering machine, left a message, no response. I also sent 2 follow up emails. No response. They took my $107.00, did not deliver a product and are now ignoring me. I think they are a scam.
Sorry to hear about your situation. I have had dramas too with them. Be sure to contact your bank and make a claim for a dispute. You still have time. This company cannot get away with behaviour like this. Good luck!
I have the same problem. No flowers, no refund, no contact made with me. I've sent an email and left msg via product review site but still nothing

I was contacted by email to advise the succulent arrangement I ordered was not in stock. I was offered something completely different (a floral arrangement) which did not suit the recipient. I asked them to cancel the order and was charged a $15 cancellation fee. Customer service agent advised that was "their policy" however nowhere on their website does it clearly mention that they have a cancellation fee, nor was this fee communicated to me before the order was cancelled. Even still, if the product I ordered was not in stock, I am entitled to a full refund. Have had to resort to Paypal to get the remainder of my refund back.

I ordered flowers for a friend in hospital. The order was for a bouquet and a teddy bear. They were not delivered promptly and I actually had to ask if they had been received as I started to worry my friend would be discharged without receiving them. When they were delivered the bear was missing, after trying to call the perpetually engaged customer service number, I emailed and have not heard back. Customer service is an important part of any business and how you fix problems a very telling exercise. I am going to have to contact my credit card company. Not good enough!
