The Fox Collection

In October 2013 I placed an order online with The Fox Collection. A week and a half later I was told the item is actually out of stock, and they couldn't tell me when it would be back again. So my order was cancelled. Just over a month later I noticed payments being deducted from my credit card again for the cancelled order and received the item in the mail. Even though I had received no communication and my order was cancelled they took it upon themselves to send the item anyway, and deduct unauthorized money from my credit card. I sent the item back and was told I would get a full refund asap. It's now almost February 2014 and yet ANOTHER payment had been deducted from my credit card and I STILL have not received my refund! Communication with staff has been rude and dismissive and I have been given excuses about new computer systems etc. I was told the payment was reimbursed over a week ago, but yet it still hasn't appeared in my account. ...read more
