The Fox Hole

This place wasn’t too bad, though it wasn’t necessarily one of my favourite pubs in Sydney. I guess the name suits it though, particularly with the basement bar down below, which is something like a fox hole. The place does have some charm, and they also have some decent beers on tap as well, though it does get pretty crowded, like a lot of the pubs in the CBD. However, it’s okay, I didn’t mind it.

Went here again recently – and it was great.
Though the communal benches are a bit scary when sitting with others – it was actually fun when you got to meet others.
The staff were great- willing to walk over my glass to bubbles to my table.
The benches are a little too close to each other, so it made it a little awkward walking to your seat.
But once seated – the place is great!
Small bar, and very intimate.
There is even a function room downstairs that you can hire out.

Some great craft beer here!!

Good place to have some beer after work. The price is reasonable.
