BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Was forced to pay 2 call out fees even though was quoted to only have to pay for one when first called! Response was that there was 2 appliances even though they only came out once. The appliance was used only once and it broke! Was told that because it was 32 days after they were in it was not their responsibility under their policy! Started talking about many additional costs that we would have to pay even though they did not do the job properly in the first place! Only call if you feel like giving your money away!!!!
We never force anyone to pay, we have charged 2 $50 call outs not $80 which makes it $100 for 2 appliances in a high rise in Surfers Paradise which isn't unfair, customer was happy with the repair and she paid us with a smile. Her husband contacted us after the 30 day warranty had expired. No part was required as the problem was an unscrewed blower's impeller on the dryer. If a part was faulty we would have exchanged it with a new one under manufacturer's warranty which is usually 12 months. Customer was rude over the phone at the first place. We could have come back if his speech was more polite.
