Terrible terrible absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. It's hard to understand how they've been in business for so long if they treat their customers the way they did me. While the flowers are beautiful the way these guys go about their business with no concern or consideration when an issue occurs is something else. They take your money and couldn't care less what happens afterwards. There are much better skilled, lovely and more accommodating florists - don't walk in the door!
Not impressed at all. Not fresh. My fiance has gotten me flowers from there twice now and within a few days, they are dying but flowers from other florists last 2-3 weeks
Well they dropped a huge bunch off at my dads funeral and when people all commented they looked already days old. My just mum in morning when she called this mob was blasted and spoken down to when all she wanted was a few of the passed ones replaced! Does anyone deserve this kind of behaviour?
I love this florist! Use them every time I need to send someone flowers and the arrangements are always magnificent. Staff are always so talented at personalising bouquets to suit the occassion. And going into the store is a delight in itself...I always walk out with something for myself as well...!
These guys are great. Beautiful, high quality flowers. I sent some today to a very fussy friend who was thrilled. I ordered them over the phone with a minimum of fuss. If you visit the store you'll appreciate what they do, their window display is always stunning. Definately recommend these guys if you have discerning taste and want a top job you're friends will remember.
