We would like to thank Jodie & Kylie for their outstanding service. They were so helpful every time I rang about the install and purchase of my fireplace. Even sorting out an installation issue when I didn't want it installed the regular way.

The customer service manner (or should I say, the lack of manner) of the woman who I spoke with from The Gas Showroom in Chatswood is absolutely appalling. What is needed is a PR course to learn how to effectively, politely and calmly speak to a custmer who is trying to explain a problem that has occurred with the shop's services. Within seconds of the call I was shaken up and frazzled by her hyper, loud, full on manner in which she was quick to jump in over my explanantion of the problem with her own accusations which were wrong. She left me feeling frazzled and shaking and determined to write this review online which is a first for me. My advice to her would be toremain polite, calm down and LISTEN to the customer!! After many years of lots of $$ spent in this shop, my family will never go there again and will advise others likewise.
