Store has all the goods.
But lacks customer service as the management seems to the approach that anyone that looks younger then 25 is a waste of their time. Silly man we're the ones looking for engagement rings and so on. Could have spent a lot more but didn't feel the love that the middle age customers received while I was in store, As I waited for staff to service everyone else that walked though the door. I didn't receive any service like the last review. More like what do you want!

Stars are for stock not service
Here is a rare gem in itself: a jewellery store you can trust! Of course their goal is to help you spend money with them, but they do know the difference between the many types of gems they sell, what might look good & what might make it look better, and why one item is more expensive than the other (and if it matters).
Friendly staff who are very happy to show you every piece you ask about, and a really good range of products from as little as $10 up to $thousands - and ranging from the 'fun and funky' to the elite.
Not all of it is directly from Alice Springs, but they can tell you where it's from and suggest something if you specifically want something very local.
Definitely worth a visit (and it's the one I was regularly recommended by the locals, which is a good sign)
