This was the first pub that I went to when I first decided to explore Fitzroy. I guess it was because I caught a tram down here once and thought that it might be a good idea to jump off the tram when I discovered the number of pubs in inner city Melbourne (or should I say discovered inner city Melbourne). It has been a while since I came here, but it is a relatively small pub with some outdoor seating on the street, but as is typical on a Thursday or Friday night, it becomes quite crowded.
