Had very bad experience, hair so thin. Didnt get the person i booked with to do my hair Couldn't match my hair color despite I already emailed the colors and confirmed they can match it. Put the wrong length by mistake and has to cut the hair after. The braid so bumpy not flat as it used to be. Very bad experience not the same as before at all. Just a waste of money.

i went to glamour sisters about 10 years ago and remember when they were welcoming and enjoyed clients boasting about their extensions. i bought extensions 3 weeks ago and simply did not like the quality of the product. it has changed and it is not the same as what it was. there was white and orange hair all over extensions & smelt like a horse farm. i no longer wanted the product and i get smacked with "we dont care not our problem you can take it to fair trading". literally gobsmacked if thats not the worst type of customer service then i dont know what is.

I AM absolutely DISGUSTED with the customer service I have just received this morning!!!!! I have brought clip in hair extensions since I was 16 from glamour sisters. however this time they didn't have my colour in stock so the lovely girl insisted to make them for me in time for a wedding I was going to. When I got home I pulled them out of the packet they were so thin they were thinner than my actual hair I had msged the girl explaining that I wanted them for thickness as my hair is the same length as the 22 inch and I only wanted them for thickness. she said I could bring them back and she would inform me when "my colour" clip ins would come in. I had also paid postage through paypal and I ended up picking them up, I never said anything but now I want all my money back ive tried to ring the bankstown store to ask when my colour clip ins have come in as its been over a month now ive heard nothing! The worst service I've ever had. The lady took advantage of the fact I didn't know what to look for in hair extensions. Not so friendly, I went there with my friend and she didn't like the service either. The chick didn't even weft the extensions, they were so thin and they are not real hair !! The braid in my hair was just one big knot, so painful to get removed. Will not ever go there again and I will make sure none of my friends or friends of friends go there either. I can't even give no stars. I wouldn't even rate it one star.

Will not visit glamour sisters again! Got a bold spot and no the extension hasn't been in for a while!!! The hair is literally horse hair!! It's disgusting. Wash it once the hair starts to stick to together. You have to literally brush it every second !! Waste of money.
