The Glass House Cafe

This place used to be great. Service was reasonably quick and the food was good. Well they have new owners whose poor management of a large crowd of customers at a long pre booked event cost them dearly. Seven of us at my table got up and left after waiting a whole hour for service and then our meals. It was a joke. Far too few staff on duty. Do they act so badly on race days too? Other large bookings at Caulfield? Oh, and I saw others leave and their meals returned - we could at least have had them...
