Gnosis means knowledge - a spiritual knowledge gained through personal experience. With this knowledge, a person can embark on a journey of spiritual transformation. Within each one of us is a wealth of esoteric knowledge waiting to be uncovered and explored.

There are certain key practices and exercises needed to acquire this knowledge. It doesn't come through intellectual study or reading widely, but rather through personal and practical experience. Gnostics seek out this experience for numerous reasons: to learn about life and themselves, to change from within, to have mystical encounters and personal contact with the Divine, to acquire inner peace, and to become better and more spiritual people in daily life. In turn, this knowledge and experience allows one to help others who are interested in achieving the same.

These spiritual teachings have always existed, and they have been given in different forms and in different cultures in many eras throughout the history of humanity.
