The Go Kart Track In South Morang

Have been going to this business for many years and have seen the rude woman behind the counter turn on many people, personally never had a problem until last week. I guess it was my turn to receive her abuse and as I tried to calm the situation so my 3 kids could just have a go kart ride she made it impossible to even pay for the kids to go on, ranting raving and making all kinds of claims about how I was being rude. I think she needs some psycological help, or hire someone to do the customer service job.

Went with friends last week and witnessed first hand terrible service from the lady behind the counter so rude and certainly has no customer service experiance . Very dirty facilities , children's toys everywhere , karts are slow and rules are not clear at all

Both owners are very rude and abrupt , rules aren't explained clearly ,female owner never smiles or greets customers with respect , my sons kart broke down several times and wasn't offered a replacement kart.
Save your money & go elsewhere !!!

Had my sons birthday here what a disappointment. Worst customer service I've ever had to encounter. Rudest woman I have come across. Booked for 8 children and only 7 karts working, no apology but happy to take our money. A couple of the karts that were working were so slow. Won't be back!!!

Paid 175 deposit and went to ride when Melbourne had its biggest ever rain downpour. Owner refused to give money back. Poor business ethic, rude and smoking dope. Will never go back or recommend.
