Terrible service. You're just a number! Vet forgot to give me my dog's medical folder with his original receipts etc.at a consult and then it was apparently lost/thrown out. If medical records are not safe at a vet's, where are they safe? They didn't bother posting them out or following it up with me. Sometimes sorry is not good enough!
The staff at this clinic are so friendly and approachable. I am never made to feel I'm doing the wrong thing by my pet (although I'm sure I don't do everything right!) They genuinely care for the welfare of the animals they see. It is not just a money making enterprise to them.
