Earlier today I went to purchase an iron. The one I was interested in didn't have a price tag so I indicated to the salesman - busy trying to sell a washer - that I needed assistance. Another lady was also waiting for help in the ironing section. When his charge left without a washer, the seasoned salesman duly pretended we were not there and instead charged towards an approaching new customers heading for the cooling section. That one too, left without making a purchase. And pronto - again we were ignored and trusty ol' sales-dude preferred to try his luck with new customer #3 rather than wasting any time on us. And that's when I went home and placed an order online. Sorry Goodguys, if you ignore the small sales, you'll lose the future big ones as well.
Pity the management is good. staffs on the checkout.. you will continue loosing business for management with your hopeless attitude. Lost my business for life. Customer service means serving customers. 2 heaters and a blender sll had to be returned within 48 hours of purchase as they didnt work.. dead on arrival... getting money out of these people was a mission. Getting abused by the staff was interesting all recorded on iphone as I was shocked.. simply for asking a question. Management.. no wonder you have a 2 star business. Get rid of these staffs that you have working for you..
OK, where do I start. I purchased a TV from the good guys less than 10 months ago and just recently the TV just died. My wife went into the store as its under warranty to have it replaced and they said no, it has to go to a service person. My wife and I did this and the service person said the TV was not repairable and the good guys had to either replace or refund. I took the TV to the good guys today. 16/01/2015 and went to one of the sales people was the rudest sales I have ever come across. I mentioned that I was there to get a refund for the TV as it could not be repaired, they just said no. I said it's covered by warranty and also covered by extended warranty and I would like the refund, they said no. Then told me to leave the Store. I said are your serious? the reply was yes and said leave the Store. I was so shocked by this so was my wife that was also with me as well as our 4 year old son. The sales person then threatened me to leave the store and
