The store manager of Good Guys Casula called me and straight away asked "Are you planning to pick up your printer?". He then went further and said that "UNFORTUNATELY there was nothing wrong with your printer". If there was truly NOTHING wrong with it, why does it take 3 days to get back to me, instead of testing the product on the spot. How is it also "unfortunate" that a product you sell has nothing wrong. Should that not be the standard of a purchase? Really, these folks must look at their customers and think they can get away with being uncorteous, even having received formal complaint on the case. I cannot believe that this kind of behaviour is condoned by the management. I will leave my printer in store. Hopefully someone with more time in their hands will report this to the Ombudsman. I will be happy to provide documentation to support the case.
I went to the good guys casula to buy a dryer and washing machine ended up just getting the dryer as the washing machine that was advertised was out of stock mind you it was the first day of that catalogue sale!
