AVOID - Faulty products..once they sell them to you, they dont want to know you. There are plenty of other large appliance retailers to choose from. Shocking, arrogant customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE
They are very rude. An item that I purchased has stopped working and I had to speak with 5 people while they passed the buck and one person hung up on me when I told them my rights under consumer law.

We have always purchased our goods from Chatswood, we are good customers but in future will be going to other branch. We went in last Friday 19/12 didn't have to wait to long for help regarding prices on the Webbers. Price $365 for the one we decided on, spoke to a different staff who wasn't very helpful, we wanted best price.. said that's it. My husband said he had seen it on the net for $357, the staff laughed said that the net not us. We felt stupid. I then found a Sunbeam toaster I wanted, took ages to get help as there was only a display model, I was then told try the end of the month. My husband went to other branch today fabulous service got the Webber straight way with $20 discount and plenty of toasters

Definitely the smartest staff you'll find in the field, most places just hire people who sell sell sell but these guys are clearly hired on knowledge. Maybe not the friendliest bunch but they definitely get the job done, I saw one of the managers-a white haired fellow who I think owned the store- being quite openly rude to one of the staff so maybe that's why they're not super happy but overall very smart, capable folks.

Unusual store. Walk in and nobodys interested in serving you. Went it to spend alot of money on an oven and range hood. The staff clearly had no idea what they were talking about. Then the other staff who work there, come in and offer nothing! Wasted over an hour there. Spoke to them before I left and expressed my dissatisfaction, but it was all in one ear and out the other. Go somewhere else if in need of electrical stuff.
