Firstly we had a laptop with flexirent, returned it 6 times not offered replacement, still has problems, next to no communication, at times took over a month to send the laptop from their store for repair, always having trouble finding the laptop on their system, they along with the repairers have had the laptop for most of the life of the flexirent agreement, it has recently returned not repaired and they refuse responsibility because the agreement has expired
