The Good Guys

I notice the reviews on this site (both negative) are at least 2 years old and I am sure that there are customers who have received excellent service, as I have today (today 25th july). A few months ago I purchased a fitbit charger from a Good Guys store in Victoria, whilst travelling around Australia it broke. I could not have had better service than I recieved from the staff at the Darwin store espescially from the two ladies at the front desk. Fantastic- this is what customer service should be - thankyou.

The worst customer experience of my life. I will not be going back there. Took half an hour to look for a box and then to tell me it's not available, staff member knew nothing about the product and they weren't willing to negotiate at all on price... I say not Good guys... Poor form.

No thanks. "Pay cash-pay less"...They wanted to give us a $20 discount on a $1300 home theatre system which was about to be superceded. Other shop gave us the same Mu-Te-Ki for $900. Definitely pays to shop around.
