Beware this supplier !!!
Purchased a Biissel Crosswave.
Took the only box of the store floor.
When I got it home - IT WAS SECOND HAND AND BEEN USED.
Dirty heads, wet and dirty filter.
What a con job...
Took it back straight away - they swapped it for another (from one out the back).
As goodwill they offered me some free cleaning agent for the unit.
Yeh right - it was the sample bottle that wasn't in the box I had just purchased and taken back !
BUYER BEWARE AT THIS STORE !!!!!!!
Will never go back here again.

I recommend Wendy at Morayfield, she has an excellent knowledge of the products and was very helpful. As usual we bought more than we should have, but Wendy didn't hard sell at all. She just knew her stuff and was able to recommend based on value and reputation.

I think the staff at The Good Guys Morayfield are great, they always seem to look after me and have really good prices too. Last time they were all dressed up in silly hats, and looked like they were all having fun, it's a nice place. Once I had to return a kettle and they did it straight away, looked up my docket (as I couldn't find mine) and gave me a new one.

Always check the return policy, most cases they will need to send the item away for repair and you could be without this item for up to 5 weeks. The warranty team is not friendly to deal with and the complaint process needs work.

I have bought electrical items from the Good Guys and they have always been great to deal with. They match prices and have most times had a better price to begin with. They are friendly and very helpful. Worth going there first if you want to buy a new electrical appliance.
