Terrible experience buying a washing machine.. was pushed by the salesperson to have the new machine delivered and installed for an extra $60.00. i advised it was not needed as i can install and dispose of the old unit myself. He continued to push me to get the delivery.... turned out they didnt have my unit in stock but suggested again that he could have one delivered, I asked which store had one as i would go get it myself. He asked me to wait 5 mins while he checked availabilty, next thing you know they magically have a heap in stock and i could get it from their loading dock!!!!
Then to add to my frustration the people at the loading dock were also rude and very unhelpful!
i would never use this store again.

Went to buy tablet as they had the best price but OMG.....Lack of service. We asked for assistance as we already knew what we wanted but still waited for ages. MY suggestion....If you know what you want order online and just go in and pick it up!!

Manager is very rude... Don't buy the concierge service package it's rubbish. Bought new washing machine it's been over 2 weeks and still not fix. They even refused a return against consumer law... Very rude.. They happy to take your money but support is like the other reviews here terrible

Customer service is a JOKE. I've been waiting 20 minutes and counting for someone to assist me, reception has paged 5 times. Clearly understaffed, or not efficient?

Zero customer service - zero manners - zero interest in resolving a consumer issue and then advised that it is 5 - 10 working days for a refund. Have had issues with lack of customer service, understaffed, lack of staff knowledge and general lack of care here before - WILL NOT BE RETURNING - and would not recommend this store at all!!
