The Good Guys

Good guys narre warren had good service when I made the purchases and i put down a deposit. However they demanded full payment a few days later before even delivering goods because balance was more than $1500 and they did not have an efpos machine. Called other good guys in Melbourne and found otherwise. Called good guys Narre Warren and spoke to an extremely rude management and agreed to accept cash on delivery this time. I think the sale person was very nice but the management was horrible. I haven't received my goods just yet. Let's see what will happen.

after sales service the good guys do not know what this is 2 days for a returned call after waiting was told nothing they can do contact manufacturer will never purchase from them again

I have read some previous reviews that say that it is hard to find someone to give you service. It can be off putting to have sales people all over you. I think the 'Good Guys' do a great job. You only need to ask for assistance and they will be there. They are very willing to negotiate price too, if you are paying by cash. I would also have to say that they are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling, which cannot be said about a number of other stores. They also provide you with a warranty card which means you won't lose your receipt so easy when you bring the product home.

I agree with previous review. I've always found it difficult to find someone to give me service. I was so shocked to receive service this time that I purchased a washing machine which is faulty!

Found it very hard to get service on numerous occasions. Spoke to salesman regarding items, had some knowledge and were not very flexible on price. I do not bother going to this store any more.
