Second purchase iv made from Norlunga and it's still a nightmare. First time went fairly smoothly with a washing machine except the older women "yes both of them" on the desk are beyond! rude. I have no idea why they hate their job but it's not the customers fault and it doesn't make you feel good when your handing over thousands of dollars. Second purchase was a very expensive fridge yesterday "the sales girl was amazing btw" but today I rang up too check why we didn't get a delivery call at exactly 9:01am they apologized and I asked what address they had because I didn't remember being asked. They had registered it under a different customer even tho IV purchased before and they have my ph # but quicky fixed it aparently and said we where all good too prepare for delivery between 9:30am and 12pm 45mins later a different lady from the front desk rings too inform me of exactly the same thing but has no idea I already sorted this out with her ...read more

Worst customer service i have experienced in any retail store for along time. Ignored and avoided by staff for 15min before walking out unsatisfying.

Awful customer service. The young lady looked totally disintetested in what wanted to buy. We had been there before to buy an oven and had excellent service. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN THOUGH after this time.

Last week I was helped by a very knowledgable staff member and ws happy with my washing machine purchase.

Good people to deal with, good advice and well priced extensive product range. Keep up the good work ,good guys!
