Absolutely worst service ever!!!
I purchased a $600 item from this store today (which i had been quoted cheaper just the day before at another Good Guys store) but after charging my card and taking the money the staff returned and told me they didn't have any stock and told me i had to drive 30mins north to Joondalup to collect.
I requested that they transfer this item to a closer store for me and the Manager on duty today told me he can do that for another $60.00.
The staff were friendly enough and seemed to know what they are talking about but the complete lack of respect and refusal to accept any ownership / attempt to find a solution from this Manager resulted in me requesting a full refund and wondering how this guy has a job there never mind a management position.
Completely unacceptable if you ask me.
Ben. When a customer comes in to the store wanting to exchange their sub-par TV they have been sold, an awesome customer service person would apologise and offer to help with a soloution. Saying 'Well now I'm going to have to sell it as an ex-display tv' isn't really going the extra mile. Explaining that all the other small tvs have 'the same c**p sound' isn't really making the business you work for seem like quality is important either. Avoiding questions shows your lack of knoweledge as does passing me off to someone else without explaining what her role is to be. Your aggressive nature was unwarrented and your ignorance obvious. I suggest finding a job where customer service is not part of the role you need to play.
We purchased a Hoover washing machine with the additional concierge service in April 17' from Good Guys Osborne Park in January 18' the washing machine door had broken due to bad manufacturing to the point the washing machine was no longer functioning. I called the concierge service about the warranty and was promised a call within 48 hours to organise an inspection of the machine, did not receive any calls. I recalled the service line to try find out what the delay was, i was subsequently told that my fault had been identified in the description, that no inspector would be coming and that parts has been ordered, we would be called about a repair man once the parts were in, 2 weeks later still no call. On my third call I insisted that a repair or replacement was arranged on that phone call, they directed me back to the store where they asked me to attend in person to arrange the delivery of a replacement machine. Just got back from The Good Guys, Osborne Park store. I initially rang but because delivery was involved did a last minute dash just before closing. Bill kindly attended to me and helped me with the purchase of a washing machine and microwave. I was very conscious it was ten minutes of closing time but he didn't rush me. Not the first time I have shopped here. Very happy with the service I receive from this store. The staff have always been polite, friendly and helpful.
