Walking into the store today to buy a rangehood only on approach to kitchen display the sales assistant got up and fleeting asked if we were ok and then asked our son who also walked in with us if he was ok like he hadn't seen us walk in together.
For the next 10 minutes got no real assistance by anyone and there had been a few people run eyes over me in this area. Felt unwelcome.
Took my businees down the road to Harvey Norman and proceeded to spend $2000 because the customer service was welcoming and they acted like they wanted our business.
We had just come from Harvey Norman and the staff there were great. Not so at The Good Guys. This was our first time there and the front counter staff were not very frendily at all. The sales guy also didnt tell us the truth as he said the item we wanted to purchase was on back order, and would be available in a couple of days. Been a couple of weeks now and still no product.
I ordered a hotplate and an oven from the Good Guys off ebay.
They contacted me immediately and made arrangements for delivery the next day.
The delivery driver was friendly and right on time.
Overal,l I found them very professional and I would purchase from them again.
We've been keeping our eyes on the prices of fridges during the last couple of months and during eofy sales, The Good Guys have been by far the cheapest, the staff are always helpful and friendly here and if they don't know the answer, you can guarantee they will find out for you.
We love our new French door fridge!
