Customer service is terrible.1st of all the product in their system was wrong.(which took ages to solve)

2nd. During dispatch they put the wrong item in my invoice.

3rd. It was closing time but we still had 10 min for opening time..
The dispatch was closed before closing time!!.

I rang customer service office for the second time in preston good guys to get the receipt of my purchase on 29.01.2017 around 11:00 am, however noboby picked up the call until 1 hour long wait. I had to hang up and ring on another number, a lady picked up didn't understand what I was asking for. I was explaining her what I'm after, she interrupted me and said, ' Can I put you on hold'. I didn't say either 'yes' or 'no' and she transferred me to the very rude customer rep. She said she couldn't provide me the purchase receipt with item on it with very 'Offensively Impolite, bad phone manner and disrespect', then when I said that how am i gonna get my money back, again with the rudest tone she said ring their cash back customer service. Now I'm struggling to get my $600 cash back for 4,657 of my total purchase. Awful experience ever, will not be purchasing anything from there.

We came to buy something and we weren't even acknowledged by the three staff members chit chatting about lunch breaks etc right next to us in the aisle, we even made eye contact wth one make staff member who seemed to look through us. I even waited for him to approach us, but he didn't
We had to help ourselves to our item by lifting it and taking it to the counter where funnily enough the same male staff member came up to us then with his arms open wide to take the item from us to the counter so he could then add his name to the sale! He didn't even help us at all! Female at counter was unfriendly and robotic. No smile. Other staff also standing around in small groups chatting. The best service we actually got was from the security guard at the door who said hello when we first walked in. Disgusting service Northland Good Guys.

No interest in customer service! Advised that we would receive 2 promotions and only got 1, when went to the store they didnt want to hear about it. According to them we miss understood! Pretty convenient for them!

Very poor customer service unless u look like you have money, my 80 year old father went there to purchase an air, conditioner asked for some assistance then stood there for 25 minutes while he watched the same salesman he asked for help approach 2 different customers to help them. Needless to say they lost a sale that day and any future sales from my family. Will never shop there again. Funny thing is that he has more money than probably half the customers in that shop, just dosent look like it. Moral of the story the good guys don't judge a book by its cover
