The Good Guys

I have recently purchased a surround sound unit from the good guys and it has stopped working since, the service staff was extremely rude and obnoxious and also very blunt. Really seems like they didn't want to help is out. They require us to wait 8 weeks for our surround sound unit to return and didn't have the decency to offer a loan unit to accommodate in the mean time. Extrmely unhappy with the good guys and definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing .

The staff at The Good Guys are extremely helpful and easy to locate. Most know their products and are very good with technical advice and helpful information. The shelf prices are negotiable, but do your homework before you go there because you can still find a cheaper price in another store even after you have been given a cash price.
