What can I say.... I remember this store opening and it used to be good. Now the staff are not very professional.
I ordered items and paid for from this store last saturday, but it had to come from another store. Got told it would be here Wednesday (today). So I rrang the store this morning inquiring when my items might be there if not already there, was told the guy who deals with this is on lunch and would ring me back when get come back. 5.10pm no call so I ring and the lady was very rude and said my order would be there friday.
I have spent many a $$$ at this store, but sorry to say no more of my hard earned cash will go to them.
Used to be good, but very unprofessional and rude.

It can be difficult to get quick service on a weekend due to the amount of customers but staff are helpful and informative.
I found them to be the most unhelpful I have ever come across, went elsewhere and got the service I wanted and they were also cheaper! Won't be going back to The Good Guys again.
