If I could rate lower than very poor I would. Very rude staff and clearly don't value their customers. Will never be going back. Went to Harvey Norman across the road and got the same thing cheaper :)

I just wanted to share a very poor experience I had at the Thomastown store on the 28th December. I wanted to buy a set of Logitech Z623 speakers, Bing Lee had them advertised for $119 online, whereas Good Guys was $219.

I was going to get them from Bing Lee but then read your Price Match Guarantee/Promise and thought I would pop in and pick them up.

Very rude staff. Bought an Airfryer and its tray won't fit properly. Took it back to thomastown store without using it and the guy (a young kid) from home appliances department said "You have your fingerprints all over it, we can't sell it to anyone else". When tried to get the issue resolved with other staff members, his mom, who also works there, got angry and started misbehaving. Store Manager appoligised on their behalf but seemed helpless. I made an official compliant on their website but no action taken. Never going to this store again.

Tried to buy a TV twice. Both times no staff available to serve us. Ended up going across the road to JB Hifi. Walked in, served straight away. You lost a $300 sale Good Guys. Will not return. A little annoyed we wasted our time going back the second time.

Went to the store to buy a printer two sales people saw me come in and I looked at the printer's I was there for 30 minutes no no come so I walked out and went to JB HI FI across the street and got served in 3 minutes and got the same printer cheaper
