Our historic hotel first opened in 1930 during the heyday of the mineral spa guesthouses and idylls. Offering then and now, overnight and group stays, a comfy dining room and lounge bar, and a turn around the old verandahs amidst stunning views and tranquil gardens. Take a short amble along forest tracks to the Hepburn Bathhouse, and return to a cosy perch by the log fire and old style country hospitality.
Meals are crafted by our regionally renowned hatted-chef. We use the freshest of sustainably farmed local produce, with delightful wines and ales sourced from near and afar.
