Food is good in both the Highway (main) bar & licensed restaurant, but the staff are quite abrupt at the bar. However, they're more pleasant in the gaming room. Live & DJed music a bit overbearing. The hotel is admittedly a landmark (19th century), but is in reasonable need of another renovation.
