Today was my first experience at The Hair and Beauty Company and I regret to say it was less than dissapointing. I booked in for a brazilian and it was the worst waxing I have ever encountered.
I have been getting waxed for over 6 years and was horrified that the girl did not wear gloves, not only was this see as unprofessional but this is a HUGE occupational health and safety risk not only for the client but for your employee.
After the girl fumbled around to compelte the job, she left the room for me to apply the soothing cream. Then I noticed the botch job which she had done. There were hairs left everywhere, the girl did not pluck out any hairs which did not come out with the wax.
I was extremely dissapointed with this service.

Hi ladies I'm the owner manager of the salon and just wanted to let you know that the beauty therapist is no longer employed with us and I apologise for the service you received, this is defiantly not a reflection of our salon, we now have a new beauty therapist that is fantastic as well as myself and I would love to resolve this matter if I can beauty89.
